The prestigious event of the Golden Moon Awards has become the epicenter of a celebration that marks excellence in the nightlife industry. This time, Colombia shone in the constellation of the world’s clubs by positioning four of its venues in the coveted list ‘The World’s 100 Best Clubs’, standing out in an exclusive group of international bars.

The South American country stands out as the only one in Latin America with such a significant presence in this highly selective list, with Cali and Bogota placing two clubs each: La Pergola and Cantina La 15 in Cali, and Clandestino and Theatron in Bogota.

The recent Golden Moon Awards gala, held at the Hotel Sofitel Barcelona, unveiled the global list ‘The World’s 100 Best Clubs’, where Ibiza continues to reign with four venues in the top 10, but Colombia made an impact with four clubs in this prestigious global selection.

Highlights from the List

La Pergola Clandestina, an iconic nightlife temple in Cali, climbed positions compared to the previous year, reaching the 50th spot on this global list. The venue stands out for its unique ambiance, musical offerings, and an incomparable atmosphere that attracts an increasingly larger audience.

In Bogotá, recognition comes to Clandestino Club, positioned at 69. This ascent highlights recent renovations that have earned it this well-deserved recognition. Exquisite cocktails, striking performances, and diverse thematic atmospheres have been their calling cards.

The spectacular debut is led by Cantina La 15, which entered the ranking at the 76th spot. This Mexican cuisine restaurant, with its main location in Bogotá’s Zona T, showcased its potential in Cali, offering a dynamic experience filled with colors, typical Mexican dishes, and live music.

In the latter part of the list, Theatron stands out, Latin America’s largest nightclub, positioned at 94. Its 13 thematic environments have made it an icon of the gay scene and a stage for grand shows and launches in the region.

In addition to these notable Colombian representatives, other Latin American clubs secured a spot on the list, including Coco Bongo Cancún (Mexico), Laroc Club and Warung (Brazil), and Crobar (Argentina).

These recognitions highlight the quality and diversity of the nightlife entertainment offering in Colombia, placing the country on the global map of nightlife and consolidating its position as a must-visit destination for those who love a great atmosphere and limitless fun.
