Feid, the Colombian reggaeton phenomenon, recently announced the dates for his 2024 tour. This time, the Medellin-born-and-raised singer will tour Latin America, starting in Mexico on August 20, 2024, and concluding in Medellin on December 7, 2024. The FERXXOCALIPSIS Latin America Tour follows the release of his latest album on November 30, 2023, which has already been certified as Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Feid, from Medellin to the world
Born on August 19, 1992, in Medellin, Colombia, Salomon Villada Hoyos (better known as Feid, or Ferxxo) has been active in the music industry for over a decade. He first gained notoriety through his collaborations with J Balvin, the leading figure of Colombian reggaeton, both as a featured artist and as a songwriter—a talent he also lent to other prominent artists of the genre such as Nicky Jam and Maluma.
Transitioning from a collaborator to a leading artist, Feid earned two nominations for the Latin Grammy Awards for the best urban music album in 2019 and 2020. As he progressively gained global attention, Feid’s first US Tour in October 2022 sold out in just a few minutes. Over the past five years, Feid has been the fifth most-streamed Colombian artist on Spotify, behind J Balvin, Karol G, Maluma, and Shakira.
