Colombia will be looking to compete at the highest level again in this year’s Paris Olympics. The list of qualified athletes for this event keeps getting bigger, and so does Colombia’s chance of playing a significant role in many sports. Last March, Ingrit Valencia, and Yilmar Gonzalez made two more slots available for the Colombian delegation to join John Rodriguez in Fencing and Angel Hernandez in Gymnastics. But the sport that has given the most slots to Colombia was cycling.
